This training helps educators move beyond simply adding outcomes to documentation. Participants will explore the vision, principles, practices and outcomes of My Time, Our Place and how they connect to everyday experiences, relationships and decision-making in OSHC.

This training supports educators and leaders to understand how continuous improvement works in practice, identify genuine priorities and develop clear actions that strengthen service quality over time.

This training explores how to use the programming cycle with purpose, embed children’s voices and interests, connect experiences to My Time, Our Place and make observations and reflections genuinely useful.
